🎯 Job Summary: We are looking for a vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by patrolling and monitoring premises and identifying risks to staff and patrons. This role requires excellent observational skills, a strong ethical compass, and the ability to effectively respond to security issues.

🔑 Responsibilities:

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence.
Monitor all access points and secure areas from unauthorized access.
Identify and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
React quickly and efficiently to emergency situations.
Operate security systems and equipment such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Create reports outlining daily activities and notable occurrences.
Comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Attend training and professional development programs as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Valid security guard license (if required by state law).
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical fitness and ability to respond to emergencies.
Ability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pass background check and drug screening.
